In continuity with her research aptitude and work in progression contributed, the author Dr. Parul Parihar examines in her work the socio-legal aspects befitting the sociological and political stalwarts of their times to under represent the agony of women in classical debates to be over represented in Law. She has served over the period of 20 years in the academic fields of teaching in prestigious Law and Arts Colleges debating on the sociological movements in Law and Religion. The Author is also a Social Activist besides a motivational speaker and a Psychotherapist. She worked with Ford Foundation & Unicef and allied other organisations in a research based project on the Study of Impact of Armed Conflict on Children of Jammu & Kashmir, besides rendering the research academic articles on socio legal issues of Female Genital Mutilation to Dislocated parenting and Juveniles study. The Author has formerly published two books on Sociology of Conflict Studies in Kashmir to Marital Violence of Women. The Author is a Doctorate in Sociology from Pune University and a scholar from JNU gaining her Post graduate degree in Sociology.
