Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalSilhouette of Bare Bones is an amassment of poems that follow a prevalent pattern and theme, fixating on ‘Luer d’espoir’ . It regards everyone who is endeavouring to do their best and admires one’s roots and the surroundings. The imperfections in the poetry are ironically the strength.
Vedanshi Jain
Vedanshi Jain is a student in 12th grade living in Delhi, India. She was born on 21 July 2006 and aspires to be an architect someday and is currently studying non-medical science with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Economics. Silhouettes of Bare Bones is her first ever book and she’ll never stop reading or writing. To be honest, her poetry is a chaotic collection of written shower thoughts that she thinks are beauteous. Her guilty pleasure is a jar of Nutella. Ice Skating and dancing are something she does in her leisure time and feels no shame to admit she is awful at both. She started writing as a way of escapism and that has been her biggest motivation along with the consciousness of everyday signs. She believes in the concept that in order to talk and behave with respect for herself and others, she must be able to listen to what is true in the present and maintain enough impartiality to do so which is clearly reflected in her poetry. She feels blessed to be living in the world everyday.
