He was born in a good, religious, middle class educated family. His upbringing of early childhood was developed in the mixed community of his neighborhood in the industrial township of Tata Steel, Jamshedpur.
The author’s father was very close to him and treated him like a friend rather than a child from early childhood. His immense desire to help mankind by giving appropriate solutions, suggestions, gained maturity as he joined the accounts department of Tata Steel, Jamshedpur, giving counseling and suggestions to the superannuated employees, as well those who were in need of urgent money from PF a/c. Together these experiences of counseling and suggestions, further enriched on getting an opportunity for conducting classes on Personality Development Program in Management Development Center (TMDC),Tata Steel, where it is mandatory for the employees to attend such classes.
His basic ambition was to help all age groups of mankind by developing their personality, by suggestions and counseling, required for improving their quality of life.
